Yes, you can update it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section of App or reach out to the Customer Care Team.

You will receive your order in 3-11 business days from the date that it is placed. Standard delivery may need more days than express delivery.

When you place an order we have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days. Shipping time will be 6-8 working days by standard shipping and 2-4 working days by express shipping.

The orders are delivered through reputed courier partners, you will get the Tracking ID once the order is shipped from our warehouse. You can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

You can easily cancel your order before it leaves for dispatch from our Warehouse. Go to “My Orders” section and contact our Customer Care for instant assistance. Order cancellation is available for both types paid or unpaid. If you have paid and choose for cancellation, you get the amount refunded to your original mode of Payment or on your Pesopie account.

Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund.

You can return your order within 7 DAYS of order elivery date by visiting to our application or contact Pesopie Customer Care Team.
You need to make sure

  • The packaging and accessories, including the box, product cover, warranty cards, labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered is unused / original condition
  • You should have a valid reason to return the product(s)

In this case have to notify us within 48 HOURS of delivery and we will schedule pick up from your address. As soon as we have received the product, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you or proceed your refund.

Refund generally take 7 DAYS from point you returned the product to us.

Please retry making the payment again with accurate information such as account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

COD is available on minimum order amount of Rs.500 and maximum Rs. 25,000. You will have to pay the amount to the delivery partner on the arrival of your package.
